The Flight Association Rules and Regulations are still being finalized. We have posted our Architectural Standards, CCR's, and FAQ's. These documents will be the guide for the Flight Association Rules and Regulations. Most items of concern that people may have when deciding if they are interested in the community are covered by these documents.
If you have any questions not specifically outlined in the current standing documents, we encourage you to contact our Realtor to discuss your concerns.
We are hoping to have the Flight Association Rules and Regulations available by the end of Q4 of 2024.
