Hangarminium Lots

Lots 7-11 Phase1 and lot 5 Phase2  are designated as Hangarminium lots.

Hangar/Hangarminiums built on these lots will be customized by Morton Buildings to the owners requirements and at the same time have a standardized look and color to complement the other Hangarminiums along the runway.  Please refer the Wood Acres Airpark Vision and Architectural Standards for more information.

Wood Acres Airpark has partnered with Morton Buildings for the design and standards required on these select Lots bordering the runway.  As our preferred supplier, we have negotiated preferred pricing with Morton Buildings for our owners. Please see the Morton Preferred Supplier Agreement and the Local Missouri Branch's Introduction to your Morton Representative.   

We have also designed 2 examples of Hangarminiums for your reference:

Model "SWC" Slick Winged Captain   A minimalist weekender styled hangarminium.  Park your plane, pull out your boat, and let the weekend begin. This model allows you to add an extension on in the future if your needs change.

 Model "M" Major Hangarminium  A modest, full sized hangar, with one allowed extension. This size would be great for weekends, or a smaller full time residence for one wanting low maintenance and lock and leave convenience.
